2009-The founders commenced an internship in the field of civil rights;
2012-The founders became members of the Belgrade Bar;
2014-We have considered DMP’s setup strategies for over a year. Before establishing the office, we participated in stake acquisitions in statutory transformation deals. Our innovative solutions helped the client solve employment-related issues;
2016-DMP was founded on August 1, 2016, and the first interns were engaged in the training. We were initially focused on banking law, corporate law, and labor law, as well as the representation of clients before courts of various jurisdictions;
2018-Our trainee solicitors became lawyers to take an active part in large acquisitions of domicile legal entities in their processes of sale of capital;
2019-Both foreign and domicile companies refer to us to have their operations adjusted and monitored;
2020-We had our first professional article published in a prominent magazine. Our team expanded to see another lawyer reinforcing our resources in arbitration procedure settlements and monitoring the contracts on public-private partnerships;
2021-The challenging period of the accelerated development of internet trade required legal act production aimed at regulation of a contact-free sale of goods and services. Our team was pleased to hire an administrative secretary with a team of lawyers arriving at a count of five.
